Privacy policy
Scale Systems Studio ("we", "us") runs scalesystemsstudio.com. This page explains what we collect when you apply for a partnership, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to dzekic@scalesystemsstudio.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the application form: your name, email address, main platform link, audience size, niche, current product, and your answer about what you'd like to build. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising pixels on this site.
Why we collect it
To review your application, reply to you, and, if it's a fit, set up a call. We don't use it for anything else, and we never sell or rent it.
Where it's stored
Applications are stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase. When an application arrives we get an email notification with its details. The site is hosted by Hostinger, and fonts load from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address when your browser fetches them.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them. If we become partners, the details move into our written partnership agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email dzekic@scalesystemsstudio.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or the CCPA in California), you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
